ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

You are welcome to arrive from 08:00 in the morning and park directly in front of the hotel.

You are welcome to leave your biscuits with us directly at reception and make the most of the day. The rooms at Hotel Gabriela are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

If you arrive after 17:00, please let us know as reception is open from 08:00-17:00!

Bus plan:

In summer the free hiking bus. In summer and winter the regional bus line 220, timetables are available free of charge at reception.

Check/Out:

Check out is at the hotel at 10:00 am. (Apartment at the entrance to the village 09:30) Until then you can leave your car free of charge, after that you have to leave it at the entrance to the village (paid car park).

Late check out (on request and subject to availability) is possible.

Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or in the wellness area. 

TOWELS:

You will find one towel and one shower towel per person in your bathroom.

If you would like to change them, please place them on the floor.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS:

You will find free shower gel, soap, shampoo, body lotion, nail file and a hygiene set in your room.

If you have forgotten your toothbrush, you can buy one in our 24-hour shop.

CHILDREN:

We are a very family-orientated hotel and look forward to welcoming your children up to the age of 3 free of charge!

PARKING:

The Hotel Gabriela has 2 underground car parks and numerous outdoor parking spaces which are valid for your stay. You park comfortably directly in front of the hotel, unload your biscuits, hand us the car keys and we park the car for you!

On the day of departure from 10:00 am, the car must be parked at the entrance to the village in the paid car park.

QR CODE PAYMENT:

Shortly before departure you will receive a QR code in your room for the final payment, which you can pay by credit card!

SMOKING:

We ask you to smoke only on the balcony and in front of the hotel!

BILLING:

In order to avoid long waiting times, we ask you to pay the bill conveniently by QR code which you will receive in your room shortly before departure, or of course daily at the reception between 08:00-17:00.

The Serfaus underground railway, of course! It is the world's smallest, highest underground railway suspended on air cushions and is one of the highlights in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Our hotel offers breakfast! In the evening you are welcome to book a table in the a'la carte restaurant Hiasl's Stuben, which is located directly in the hotel, and dine there.
