Does the Gabriela offer rooms for families?

The Hotel Gabriela has Family suites available for families. The capacity of the rooms can be expanded with a cot or crib (with charge). Because availability is limited, we encourage you to make an inquiry as early as possible.

With what are the rooms at the Gabriela Zimmer equipped?

All rooms are equipped with a bath or shower and a WC, SAT-TV, flat screen TV, radio, safe (for free), bath robes, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. You can see more in our room overview.

We provide double rooms for single use!

Tap water

Fresh spring water of the highest quality flows in the pipes of our house. The Grander water (revitalized water) is available in our rooms and in the wellness area.

When is the Après Ski Bar, Bambam, open?

Our après ski bar, Bambam, is open in winter from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
 

When is the restaurant, Hiasl'S Stubn, open?

Our restaurant, Hiasl's Stubn, is open from 10:oo am to 11:00 pm.
Warm meals in the winter: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm
Warm meals in the summer 11:30 am to 9:00 pm

At which times is the Wellness area open?

Our Wellness area is open for you daily from 4 to 8 pm.
Bath robes and slippers are already waiting for you in your room.

At bad weather the wellness area is open earlier.

What are the check in and check out times at the Gabriela?

The rooms at the Hotel Gabriela are available on the arrival day beginning at 4:00 pm. Check-out time on your departure day is 10:00 am. You are welcome to store your luggage at the Reception desk until your departure.

If you arrive after 5. p.m. someone from our Hiasl´s Stubn will welcome you.

Which culinaries are available?

Our hotel is only available with breakfast! You can reserve a table in our a la carte restaurant "Hiasl's Stubn" which is located directly in our hotel and there you can eat dinner.
 

Which payment methods does the Hotel Gabriela accept?

Mastercard, Visa, EC-Karte
 

Is there internet or WLan access in the hotel?

Yes. WLAN is available throughout the entire hotel free of charge. You'll receive a login code at the Reception desk.
 

ARe pets allowED in the Hotel Gabriela?

Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of € 25.00 (not including food). At the breakfast aria the dog isn´t allowed

What is the smoking policy in the Hotel Gabriela?

Smoking is not permitted in any part of hotel nor in any of the 50 rooms. Smoking is permitted on our covered sun terrace.
 

Is there child care in the Hotel Gabriela?

No, but the Tourism Office Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offers many entertaining offers. We're happy to provide any advice we can.
 

What is the Parking situation and what are the parking fees?

Hotel Gabriela has an underground parking garage and free parking places. Cars are personally parked by the CEO, Reinhard, and the Junior Manager, Gerald. 

how far away is the hotel from the ski lift?

Our Hotel is located right in the middle of Serfaus and is approximately 100 meters from the ski lift. We offer free ski storage for your equipment in the ski storage facility at the ski shop directly across from the Hotel.
 

how far away is the hotel from the closest ski school?

The closest ski school is about 100 meters from the Hotel.
 

Is it possible to rent ski equipment at the Hotel Gabriela?

No. This is not possible in the Hotel. However, to rent ski equipment, you just need to cross the street. The Bacher Sportcenteris directly across from the Hotel. Alternatively, the following shops are located in the town of Serfaus and you can reserve your ski equipment online:

Can you buy a ski pass when booking a room?

During the winter, you can buy your ski pass across the street from the Hotel at Sportcenter Bacher (where the ski storage is also located) or at the counter at the lift (about 100 meters away).

SUPER SOMMER CARD

During the summer, you recieve the Super-Summer-Card directly from us which allows you to use all the lifts free of charge.

doctor and pharmacy

There is a private doctor in Serfaus right next to the cable car. Dr Köhle with a medicine chest. In the village there is a drugstore -drugstore Stecher. You will find a panel doctor in Fiss-Dr. Stephan Robert.

Subway

The subway station is directly at the cable cars. You can use it for free. The travel times are daily in summer  from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.and in winter from 7:45 am to 6:45pmevery 10 minutes
