A CUlinary Highlight in the Summer of 2019

Amid the amazing panoramic scenery in the middle of the Styrian nature park Almenland, which comprises the largest continuous alpine pasture area in central Europe, the award-winning top chef, Stefan Eder and his partner, Eveline Wild, world champion pastry chef and Gault Millau,  "Pâtissière of the year 2018"spoil the guests of their hotel, "Der Wilde Eder. A unique interpretation of regional cuisine that also appeals to a cosmopolitan palette searching for discovery is offered. We have been working together with them for a long time and are happy that they are supporting us in 2019 for the annual Gourmet Evening at Hiasl's Stubn!
